Each piece in our carbon steel cookware line is hand-spun and hand-forged by blacksmith Peter Clark on our farm in Northeast Oregon.
Carbon Steel is naturally stick resistant, with no chemical treatments added, nor coatings to strip or destroy. Instead, our cookware continues to season with use, and just gets better with time. Enjoy clean, healthy cooking – from our home to yours.

International shipping — Not available for the Plancha
The Plancha stands approximately 37 inches tall. The carbon steel cook top is 3/8″ thick and 30″ in diameter.
For ease of moving, the Plancha breaks down into 3 main pieces: the cook surface, the fire bowl and the stand. The stand breaks down further by removing the wedges from the legs. The supports between the fire bowl and cook top are removable as well.
As with all handmade items, each Plancha will have its own personality and slight variations. There may be some slight marks visible on the surface which will not impact performance. Please see the last two pictures in the gallery for possible examples.
